Hard Lessons Learned…

When things seem the most hopeless is right when things tend to look up for the better. The challenge is not succumbing to that tidal wave of negativity and need to give up but pushing through it.

When things seem completely overwhelming and you feel stressed out to the point of sleepless nights and wrinkles is when you should probably worry the least. Inevitably, that which stresses you out so much comes true through pure fixation on those thoughts.
